Universal Welding Process Sequence Controller
Our original (PLC) universal weld sequence controls the MAGA-1 and MAGA-2 are complete automatic welding system universal weld process controls. Our newest UWC universal welding system sequence controller for automatic sequencing of arc welding during the complete weld sequence process from arc start to crater fill retract mode. Multiple option welding sequencer control to meet the needs of most fixed arc welding automation equipment requirements.
The adaptive UWC universal advanced weld process control is a perfect replacement for an out dated automated weld control on your older welding automation system. The welding arc processor sequence process are all controlled with one automated welding control. The advanced digital weld sequence function control is a all in one powerful welding system controller. UWC universal weld controls have some different levels of welding system sequencer controllers options available based on welding machines application.
Arc Welding Process Control - Weld Sequence Controller
Providing universal arc sequence weld controls for mechanized welding automation machines and equipment systems. Perfect for automated arc weld sequence control to convert your a semi automatic welding process into a fully automatic fixed automation welding controlled system.
The UWC control is designed for process control of (TIG) GTAW, (Sub Arc) SAW, (MIG) GMAW, and PAW plasma welding processes. The UWC weld processor is used when an automated welding controllers are required for sequencing the welding equipment process for a successful system integration.
This single arc welding control is all you need for complete welding automated system function controller. Example when applied to GTAW you get one, single control panel for the power source, the wire feeder, the travel Carriage speed and the ALC arc height or voltage control. The need for an operator to access all the separate control boxes to engage and dial in are eliminated. Our weld sequence controls are simple to operate and program.
The sequence control MAGA automatic weld controller has a digital 256 x 64 pixel LCD graphics displayed keypad arrangement on the front panel for easy access by the operator. The internal memory capacity offers 32 user selectable weld schedules. Access by the Operator to specific clamping and welding parameters can be isolated during initial set up via a laptop computer interface.
The embedded micro controller has 3 each 0-30 VDC programmable outputs, 7 each solid state isolated relay outputs, and 6 each 24VDC optically isolated inputs. This makes a powerful arc welding sequence control. Perfect for the whole weld sequencer and system operation in one weld sequencing control for a complete system.
Welding Automation Arc Sequence System Controllers
The automatic welding process control contains a PLC welding controller. The UWC weld process control contains unlimited lines of programmable logic. This allows weld system sequencing of the welding system via programmable process logic as well as weld fixture safety tooling. A typical automated welding processor for application using GMAW (MIG) or GTAW (TIG) would use two of the 24 VDC motor Controllers – one for the carriage and the other for the capstan drive wire feeder. These devices deliver accurate encoder feedback for speed control ensuring a quality welding automation system.
Our advanced welding automation PLC welding control with weld process programmable logic. This allows automated sequencing of things like fingers via air clamp logic as well as a mandrel safety circuit on seam welding systems. A typical automated seam welder application with GTAW would use two of the 24 VDC motor controllers – one for the carriage and the other for the Capstan wire feeder. These devices deliver accurate encoder feedback for speed control. Digital feedback of the welding process is all controlled.
Our newest complete mechanized TIG welding system control. DTS GTAW universal GTAW TIG automatic arc weld control will sequence the welding system in concert with the welding Dynasty GTAW power supply. The DTS weld sequence control interfaces with the power supplies while having full control over all clamping and carriage movement. This powerful DTS welding control allows for seamless integration with AVC, Cold Wire Feeder, Seam Tracking and other related welding equipment.
MITUSA has a complete line of automated welding controls for automatic welding machines and equipment systems. Upgrade, retrofit and replace your outdated older technology. Replacement of the original manufactures obsolete welding controls and seam trackers with a new MITUSA universal weld system interface weld controller line.
